Responsibilities:

• Provide IT helpdesk / support service (remote and onsite) to customers
• Implement IT solution, operation support, and troubleshooting IT issues
• Perform other IT duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year experience in IT Support and related job functions
• Experience in Windows, Mac, IT network, Microsoft 365, Windows server and Exchange system
• Experience in system administration, network, storage, firewall systems will be an advantage
• Experience in Government / SOA / QPS contractors will be an advantage
• Problem-solving and good communication skills
